Our company is a professional importer of high value-added products. By high added value, we mean clothing and home textiles made from quality natural fabrics and fibers that are environmentally friendly for our planet and play an important role in maintaining a healthy lifestyle for you due to the beneficial properties endowed with nature that we offer at the most competitive prices in Canada.

We offer fixed delivery rates internationally and free shipping on Can$149.00+ orders (before applicable taxes). 

All orders require 1-3 business days of processing time to be picked, packed, and prepared for shipment.

Additional delays may apply on certain products that are on order or out of stock. The replenishment time may go up to 14 business days. 

Our responsibility is our transparency 

Ziptown Trading ensures that each parcel is carefully prepared and protected to limit damage during transportation. We cannot be held responsible for delivery delays incurred by the carrier. We shall not be liable or responsible for any delays, loss or damages when this is caused by or results from any force major events including a) acts of God; b) flood, fire, earthquake or explosion; war or invasion, hostilities, terroristes acts riot or other civil unrest; government order or law, epidemic, pandemic, that may cause global outbreak, emergency states and other similar events beyond the reasonable control.

Ownership and responsibility are transferred from Ziptown Trading to the customer as soon as the parcel is given to the carrier. Products are carried at the client’s risk. The customer must check the parcel condition upon delivery, prior to opening the package. All open packages can not be reported as damaged and will be under the client’s responsibility.

It’s up to us to do it right for you 

The original return form is required to return all merchandise bought on ZIPTOWN.ca. Please send an email to request the return merchandise authorization at contactus@ziptown.ca.

Items must be in original selling condition (new, unopened, unused, unwashed, and unaltered) and in its original packaging with tags attached to be considered for return.

Of course, it’s fine to try an item on like you would in a shop, but please don’t actually wear it. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won’t be able to give you a refund and we may have to send it back to you (and ask you to cover the delivery costs). All items are inspected on return. 

Items can be returned within 14 calendar days of the date you receive your package.

Our web site is powered by WordPress & WooCommerce, therefore all your orders will be securely processed and fulfilled.
Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as the original purchase. Please note that refunds may take from 3 to 7 business days, this is beyond our control and depends on your bank’s terms of service. 

Merchandise sold at sale & promo prices will not be eligible for returns & refunds.
We do not offer price adjustments.

What if a package is not claimed, or if a package is refused by the customer due to the signature required?

If a package is not claimed by the customer, it will automatically be returned to Ziptown Trading by the carrier. Packages refused by the customer during delivery are also returned to Ziptown Trading. In case of the refusal or non-claim of the package, the shipping costs that we paid to deliver the package as well as the return costs billed by the courier will be charged to the customer who refused or did not collect the package from the carrier. Please place your orders wisely.
